Corporate Planning Executives direct and consolidates the development of various long and short term corporate business plans for the Company ensuring that major corporate objectives are developed and maintained throughout the planning process.

Corporate Planning Executives assist the management team in development of objectives, key performance metrics and reporting, perform economic analysis to support development of growth opportunities and enhancement of profitability, including the review of technical and commercial aspects of major commercial agreements.

Corporate Planning Executives plan, advise and contributes to the development of long term objectives and strategies for the Company, based on analyses of business and economic scenarios and internal capabilities of the Company. Works with the management team to develop such strategies.

Corporate Planning Executives provide assistance to the Finance Group for the preparation of Annual budgets and financial forecasts; Prepares suitable planning guidelines, procedures, and related corporate planning assumptions; Works with the senior management team to prepare performance metrics, set performance targets, and reporting requirements; Prepare Monthly Reports on behalf of the Managing Director.

Corporate Planning Executives directs and participates in carrying out technical and economic analysis for a variety of business opportunities including proposed banking and investments, new growth areas, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial terms of major agreements; Directs the development of a Planning Information system to benefit planning activities, inclusive of determining the appropriate computer software, approving sources and nature of data and controls the overall implementation and updating of the system.

Corporate Planning Executives provide support to the Finance team and financial sponsors for development of the financial Information memoranda, technical and commercial due diligence, and ongoing performance reviews by bank's consultants; directs the preparation profit and losses, special reports for financiers, shareholders, and for various government agencies; prepare profit plans, maintains an awareness of opportunities due to current developments and methodology in the planning and economic analyses areas and market trends.

Corporate Planning Executives are responsible for the support of Company Safety rules and regulations, legal governance, Environment and Quality control policies and programs, system documentation, policies, procedures, compliance, local documentation, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents.
